  • All items are made to order 

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days

SHIPPING

  • All shipped orders receive a tracking number by email once shipped 

 

LOCAL PICKUP (DOUGLAS, GA & BAXLEY, GA ONLY) 

  • Local pickup is available by selection at checkout 
  • Pickup orders follow the same 2–4 business day processing time 
  • You will receive a pickup notification once your order is ready 
  • Pickup days are scheduled and announced 
  • No same-day or walk-in pickups
Important: • Pickup orders must be claimed within 5 days of notification • Unclaimed orders may be converted to shipping or refunded.
